Why I will defend Sence & Top Hat studios.

For the pass few weeks. A small game studio by the name of Top Hat Studios has been under attack by the Twitter mobs for having their recent game that they made receiving some major outrage for no real reason. Now I do love it when things don't go the way of the Twitter Mob & seeing their true colors are being posted on the internet.

The game that come into question Sence. It's just a simple point & click type game that has some horror elements in the story. To me I would like to try this game out & see how good it feels. It dose look like a hybrid of 2.5D & anime style art design. Which is not to bad of a art style to go with.

As I was looking at the games art style & didn't see what the crazies where attacking the studio for. I did see the statement that Top Hat release & was shock that this game main target audience are the adults that can buy the game in the first place.

Some of the claims say that the game will hurt women & needs to pull from the digital market. To me this is just a forum of censorship that doesn't need to happen at all. I just don't get it. the game has been on steam for years & to my knowledge steam has not been a call for them to pull the game from there site.

Just to make things wrost for the twitter mob. There was real death threats sent to the studio & Top Hat did post some of the messages that they received to their social media pages. I not got to show them here. You can find them yourselves. Some of them was just sick to look at.

My over all thoughts are this. Small studios that don't have the money to change the vision of the games that they make is already hard on them. I beat that they had to make a lot of hard chooses just to make their first few games. As they got to be better on making some of the games as time passed & improved on them since they released them.

Are theaters going to die off?

With all the crazy things that is going on today, I been hear a lot of things that is very unsettling for the future of theaters that I love to go to for a small amount of time & just to see a great film that makes me think "Wow. Just wow."

I haven't gone to a theaters much before the pandemic & I know that I'm missing a lot of great films the big silver screen. That was nice to see that we are getting some new films & have a bit of hope that they all those that work in the industry get back on there feet.

To me I just don't think that we may see the same level of new films that are coming out to keep them afloat for long. This level of opiumism I have now is just not good enough to think that all the theaters stay open for the long run.

Now can they really keep them open with only a few new films that are being release as of now. We may see the end of the theaters in there current forum. I do think that we may have some hope that a few of smaller theaters may have the best hope of survival in the end.

As for a long term prediction. Some of the bigger name theaters may have to down size or sell off some of the theaters that they have around the country. Now this sounds a bit stupid, but I think that it's the only way to make shore that they are still up & running for years to come.

Most of these are just me thinking on what some of these theaters need to be to stay around. If they don't do something in the next few weeks. All the theaters will be gone for good.

There is one more thing that I think that is hurting the theaters as well & it just hit me as I has typing this up. Are the many studios that starting their own streaming service. Can that be the main reason that some many theaters are going to be closing their doors for good? We may not know that real impact for a few years, but I think that it is a big part of why some theaters will be shutting down soon.
