First off. I like to say that I'm sorry for the lack of posting. My work days had changed a bit bit for me & it has been hard to fine a good time to post something. Now I got some time to do it.
OK when I first heard that was making there own video game console. I was like "This has to be a joke & it will go well." As time gone by there was still some news about it & I had little knowledge to go off the specs of the system.
I do have a friend that was a bit more hyped then I was, but even he was still thinking that this was a bit of a joke. There no way that we would ever get one. Do to the fact that we are more focus on the bigger names that are having newer consoles that are going to be out on the market.
From what I been getting off the internet. Since the lunch of Stadia. The news has not been very good for it. First people are pointing out that it can't output 4K displays. That it only go up to 1440p which is not even close to 4K.
A very small line of games that was available at lunch. We don't know all the games that are currently are on the store shelves & how good they are is the main problem for all new consoles. I don't think that there is a big number of games that we can play as of now, but how many of them are just ports of games that are already out?
The final thing that people are talking about is the so called "gender neutral controller" that been shaming women for years. As a gamer that been playing games for decades. As far that I know that there has not been a controller that been sexist. I know that my mother played a but on the NES back in the day. I have never herd one woman ever said that "This controller is too big for me." This is just a stupid stunt for them to some free press & make them look good in SJW's eyes.
Just to fair. I think that since that I heard very little about this console in the last year or so. I'm just going to say this. If you don't hype up your console at E3 or another big gaming event. Your going to fail hard. Yes you may have a good game or two, but if you don't get your product out to the public. They are not going to be taking about it at all.
