At times I never think that Microsoft will not do something. It rarely dose come true like the "Xbox Game Pass" that they put out for Gold members like me out on Thursday. right now I'm on the free 2 week trial. As of now there are a some games for sale at a discount or go ahead to install on your console.
Some of the games that are exclusive to the Xbox, but other games are multi platform. Which don't seem to be a far balance of choices for everyone. Now I do have many concerns on what will happen if anyone decide to stop my subscription. "Do we keep the games that we don't pay for?" "Will we have more & better games in the future?" "Which games are not going to be part on Game Pass that are not part of a bundle?" Now I do have a subscription for EA access & I got my moneys worth on the first day that I sighed up & I'm happy with that. I hope that this is not going to be away that Microsoft to milk us dry of our money. Things like this can be nice, but without a clear picture on where this is going. I just with that we had a bigger amount of games to begin with. In the end of my trail. I will give you all a full report on the games & a better thoughts on this idea that Microsoft is doing. Without a good amount of time with the Game Pass. I just with to see it in a better light. So after my 2 weeks are up I will report back here. Got word this afternoon that the great Roger Moore has died. To be far I never meet him in person. I just seen his films that he had a role in. Most of them was his 007 films that he did & few other films that he did in his carer. I'm sadden that he in no longer around, but his works is going to live on thought the eyes of this fans.
Today it was voted by the FCC to take away rule that there can't be caps on data on the internet. I hoped that this never happen, it did. I'm a bet sadden that corporations are attacking the freedoms that we love to use everyday that we live.
We need to start to call those that we send to Washington, DC & tell them that we will not stand for there thirst for greed is not we like to see in them as elected official. I will start calling my elected officials out on there acts of greed out. I'll post some videos on what is Net Neutrality if you don't know what it is. Short video HERE Long video HERE Before I get too hateful. I have a small problem with some kinds of theories. Now I don't hate them, but I do question a lot of them here there. Now I do like to hear them & take in all your facts. Then see if any of your facts do have some weight to them at all. With that said let's start.
I never been big on fan theories in the first place. I think that there a load of junk that is just that junk. Now I see where some of the facts in the theory that stand out & understand it, but there are somethings that are "Open to interpretation". There are somethings are "Strange to believe" at first but with some time to see the whole picture then you can see where the theory is going. Now I do see some of the theory that is there, but some theories are just so weak that I don't see it at all. I'm not saying that "All theories are trash & need to be debunk." We can say that we can have a opened mind to see if the that theory is true or just a misinterpretation of the theory in the first place. At times I will open my mind to person's point of view on the theory the have. The thing that have made me think the most is "Where is the person is coming from in the first place & can we really see what they see?" I really don't do a lot of research on most theories, but it's nice to try to see there way on this theory that they try to be true. I will give you guys some videos that hands out these theories on many of them & really makes me think on some of these views on these theories that are out there. I was shock to see some of these theories. Now some of the theories are on many of the videos. So you been warn. Click HERE As I was going thru me twitter feed last night. I read a tweet that say that the man behind the G.I. Joe toys, Thunder Cats & many other things had passed away. Stanley Weston was 84 & I hope that his work will live on & that we can really hope that we can be more thankful for those who has worked on the things that we had as a child.
I never know him in person, but I hope that we can find a way to think him. Then his spirit will be in the work that he did for may of us a child. I will post the articular that I read on a few other things that we did & his life. Here At Super! BitCon this past weekend I was promoting the site & answering any questions that was coming my way. I told a few of the people there that "I like to have a few goals for my self to achieve in the next few years." Now I have set goals for myself in the past & don't go very well. Now I know that I can't do everything right in the first place. True I failed a lot of times in my past & learned that I can't do a big project by myself. So I been thinking with the help of technology & the right amount of support. I think we all can make a big change to others.
Goal 1) Do a live panel at a local convention. I thought it will be nice to panel at a convention that I really love. Anime, Movies, retro games or any other type convention that I can go to will be nice to do if I can do one. Goal 2) Rise money for a local non profit. For a little while I thought. It will be nice to rise money for a local non profit & see the happiness that you work playing a game. Then see the smiles of the people the will benefit the money that we all raise together. Goal 3) Go to other conventions. The conventions in the Oklahoma City area are fine & all, but I like to do conventions that are not in my area. I know that this sounds a bit demeaning to do & all, but I like to see other great convention that are out there. I think that this one is the hardest one to do. So I think that with a little effort I can achieve this major goal. With all this out in the open. I think that we can the see what amazing journey that I can enjoy with these goals in place. I hope that we can what we can achieve together in the next few years that I hope to complete in the future. This past weekend was Oklahoma's retro gaming convention Super! BitCon. Which is the best local event that I've ever been to. That may sound a bit picky, but it's still a good convention to good to each year. Now this year had a big storm that cut power for the first day. So it had to be on Sunday only this year. Which was not a total lost. Some of the vendors where still there to show that no storm can stop them to be there & show off there great merchandise there for sale.
Their was a few panels there. Phil Moore & Marc Summers from Nickelodeon shows Nick Arcade & Double Dare. They shared many stories from there shows & some personal stories from the past. Rachael Messer had panel herself. She talk about how she got into the business, how anyone to get the voice acting business & how other voice actors are forming union. A lot of local vendors where there to sell there stuff. I was still amazed on how much talented artist in the Oklahoma. I was hoping that to talk to them, but I was busy promoting my blog & podcast there. I was very nice to see a lot of familiar face there & had great conversations with those that came up my booth & having a small interest in the site. I do like to say that I did see a major YouTube there. Alpha Omega Sin was there selling his amazing shirts that he had there. Now I was a bit shocked that he was a bit shorter that what I thought. With me being a good 6' 1" & Alpha looks a 5' 9" I think he is, but I did have small chat with him & was in good spirits. After all it was a good year. Minus the storm that shot Saturday dead, but still a good time this year. I will have hope that Saturday has a much day for the event to happen. Even without Saturday I did have a good time there & love to see what is going on for next year's event. |
