The thing the really makes me mad is hearing that there is much false DMCA clams on site like YouTube. I know that this not new, but with so many people playing by the laws that we have on the books that have good intentions. Shows to me that some few don't know the law.
This does come up here & there on YouTube, but with good outcomes. Now I do hate to hear that a person is within their right to copy a video, cut it up little bits & comment in it with out fear. Too many people that is good thing, but to a few people thinks that the DMCA is not a real thing & don't care about the one in the right of way. There are too many times that I have hear a person that is doing nothing wrong. Then hit by a copyright clam for no reason that seems mean to do. Has to disputed it with some jerk that thinks there above the law. Then hopes that the video will not be taken down & maybe lucky to be free of any wrong doing in the end. I really hopeful that I can be lucky to never have to do throw any crap that I have heard that many people on YouTube have gone throw in the past few years. The horrible stories that I have heard really shows the dark side of the human ego is not that good. Just to make a quick announcement. BitCon for more info. superbitcon.com/ For a guy that thinks that everything that is going to Hell for one reason or another. Now I been see a a lot of stories that I seem to think that it's fake. Now I can't prove that I most stories that I see on the net are fake or not. It seems to me that Wall Street Journal seem that they don't care about who they hurt in the long run.
First it was Pewdie Pie for being a NAZI & now they clam that ISIS has ads on there videos. Man talk about damage control to the max. I never thought that a new site like WSJ will stoup to that low of an level. If you think that's bad. Now all channels going suffer. Do to the lack of funds that big companies are pulling their ads that run on YouTube. I like to see that channels the are starting out on YouTube to be under some kind of screening process in the beginning. Then as big in popularity they do get some kind of funding as they become a bigger name on YouTube. If this was already in place then we will not be so shocked in this story by the WSJ. Now I know that this my sound like censorship, but hear me out. If the story was true by the WSJ. Then we will never would of been in this mess in the first place. We can learn a lot from the miss steps that we taken in the past, but with the way that YouTube have been in the past with censoring some words that harmless to people. Now then need to start to focus on the words that can do harm to people. I never been a person to say "That these are the things that we to focus on & not that stuff." I will rarely force people to think the way that I do, because that is wrong to do. We all need a great place to have some fun. There a lot of fun things on YouTube, but there is a few dark places on YouTube that can kill a great & safe place of everyone, Every time that a anime gets the Hollywood treatment there is so many things that can hurt the development of the process. Like the script, actors, director, cost or any little thing the character's background/story. I never been the one to make a big fuss about a minor change to the story, but a major detail that they forgot or change for some stupid reason is a strong point out.
Case in point "Why the hell did they took out the Fatalities in the Mortal Kombat films?" I know that Mortal Kombat was a good film, but I still have a point on this issue. I thinking taking a key point something that made it stand out or different don't do them any favors at all. Even as a hardcore Mortal Kombat fan. I thought the first one was great, but the second one was just trash to begin with. Now with talks of a reboot that gone cold for the past few years. I still gone some hope, but very little as of right now. Akria has in development hell for about 15 years. It had many scripts rewrites & directors where attached to the project & nothing has been done with it at all. There was an article from IGN that covered the little to no progress in the development of the live action adaptation of Akria. Man talk about a lump of dead weight the Warner Bros have to deal with. I just watch the original version a few more time to see it on my T.V. I'm not saying that Hollywood should just make something up & put it o the screen. The need to leave a prefect masterpiece alone. So the we can enjoy real work & not some quick money grab the someone else worked so hard to make. I don't like it when a people don't understand on what made the original a icon in it's place in history. One of the best show of the 1990's was called Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. At the time it was something that every kid that loved to watched after school or on the weekends. As the show changed thru that years so did the theme of the show & cast. There was @ films in throw out the 1990's. Both did OK for there time, but both of them looked cheap & the stories felt like a bit like a super long episode of the show. That was still OK, but not as good.
As the years pasted. I still remember on how cool the shows that I watched & the movies that I try to forget on who bad they where. Then I heard a few sites reported that a reboot was in the works. I was a bit happy inside, but not that hyped. Till the day that a few pictures where released & I was surprised that The suits look amazing. At at first I thought it was just CGI post type of a thing. No they where the real deal thing. As little information got released I was still a bit concern on the story & how the other characters will look like. I still a bit hyped to see a lot of the characters from the shows, but which ones where going to make the cut in the first film. After that full cast & characters. I was a bit disappointed, but some what hyped for it. As for the reboot movie. Talk about a great film with a good budget behind it. The story had a great origin feel to it. The movie didn't drag out scene too much, but did drag a few things a bit. Like they didn't morph till the third act. You don't see the Zoids till the second act which sounds like a good idea to origin type of a movie. Alpha 5 looked a bit off to me, but still looked great for a rebooted franchise. Zordon complete redesign was a change to me. It had to be a big task to rethink the way the Zordon looks & acts with the Rangers. There is a few things that I like about it. The Blue Rangers is autistic & was black. Which was a big change to the original show. I think if they had a few little details changed was a good idea & hope they run with this in the future. So f you like the shows & liked to reconnect with the Power Rangers. This is the film to see, I just like to the time to wish a Happy World Autism Awareness Day to everyone that have loved one that has Autism. As a person that have autism myself. I can just imagine the troubles that they have to go thru just to fit in.
With some films now days that do have a person on the spectrum in a film. I hope that we can start the talk on understanding on this misunderstood disorder that we have turned your heads for years. There have been films on this topic, but have been totally wrong on many levels. The thing that I have lean is that being different is cool & uplifting. So tell that special person that have this disorder & tell them how special they can be. |
