With the many sites reporting that Gillian Anderson is in talks to be the first ever lead in the next bond installment. Many people seem to be very supportive of this idea. If you are not very familiar with Gillian Anderson. She plays Agent Dana Scully in The X-Files. She had done some movies here & there, but I never seen any of them.
These are just talks for now, but with this major change to the Bond franchise. We could be in for a change in the works. I really think that this is a good I idea that we my like to see in the future. With most of the women in the Bond universe a sidekick. I think that this is a great way to show that women are just a strong as men.
I hope that this can be a great turn for the Bond franchise. I've wave been a bit cautionary about things like this, but I hope that if Gillian is the next Bond. I can see this going to befit her very well. I will love to see this idea to be fully successful, but only time will tell.
