LEGO EXPO 2017 Review

This past weekend was a great one for me. For the first time Oklahoma City had a new little convention The LEGO expo. It was bit different feel of a expo then what I'm use to. It did feel like a good type of convention that I have been uses to & seem to me that I was happy that I got to see all the great builds that was there.

Now not to be mean on this idea. The only pass that they had on sell was 1 day pass. There was no weekend pass to buy. Now I kinda know that it will sold out for both days, but it only sold out for Saturday. Sunday still had a few passes left. I got my mine back in January. So I was in good shape to go.

It seem that there was just too much big builds & not enough vendors there. I think like 10 vendors where there & a artist that can turn you into a Lego figure of your choice. Now there was a few custom Lego sets there, but not a whole lot of things to do. I'm not saying that this event is lame by all means. It was just a little of a let down to me.

I hope that it does come back to Oklahoma City next year. So that I can hopefully give another chance to impress me in a better light. I did have a great time there, but I wish it had more vendors, space, access to water & food. With the few things that was wrong with it. I hope that next year will be awesome.
