You know if there on thing that I hate to hear is that a person that quits social media after a hate mob gets to them & then goes quite for some time after there last post, but if someone quits social media after a personal attacking someone that is doing nothing wrong & think that there doing something that is righteous. Is another story.
Comic book writer Mark Waid just came on to social media this week & all seems to be nice, but some of his critics are taking jabs at him on seeing how long that he will be up to his old tricks & will get off of social media for good.
Now I try my best i the past doing this & it seems to work at times, but not every time. I try my best to separate the art from the artist, but are many things that he has said that is uncalled for by anyone to say or do.
If call a person hurtful names, tell your fan base to kick them out of any convention that there at or ask them to tell you where they are. So you can kick their ass. This is not a very professional person at all to me.
Yous can hate my opinions as much as you like. I will take that feedback like a man & hear you out on my issues with people like Mark. I just can't see that Mark as a bad person. Even with all the trouble that he has gotten into with the critics & some of the fans that he alienated in the past.
Can he be a good boy for now on? I just don't know the answer to that question. There is some hope that Mark can change to be a better man then what we see now. With that said I just wish that what ever made Mark lose his mind can be fixed so that he himself can be a normal person.
Now do think that we all can forgive a person on their actions that they know where wrong & was not in the full control of themselves. I can give Mark a pass on some of the things that we posted on his social media & see if he as learned a lesson from it, but if he is up to his old tricks again. I don't think that he will be in the comic book industry fr much longer.
